PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The 18,000 acre Banning Lewis Ranch is the largest new community project on the Front Range and possibly the nation.  KS was retained to manage the consultant hiring, scoping and management for developing a framework plan for the ownership.  Full framework plan was completed and initial phases moving into development.
