PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The 25,000 acre Campbell Ranch, strategically located between Albequrque and Santa Fe, New Mexico, will be the largest new community in the region with over half of its lands dedicated to open space conservation. Neighborhoods will range from entry level family to high end, mountain-side resort properties. The master plan, organized into a series of distinct villages, is unique in that almost every home has direct access to open space and trails. The first phase is in detailed design and builder outreach.
