PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

New owners of this regional ski resort sought to optimize real estate value on the underdeveloped land surrounding the core ski facility. Kellenberg Studio developed an intensification master plan adding several hundred hotel rooms, food and beverage and other services.  A key component was transforming visitation from wintertime to a year round basis with expansion of adventure, fitness and other day use activities.
