PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Preserve helped redefine Master Planned Community character for the Inland Empire. By blending principles of New Urbanism with the demands of high-velocity, merchant builder delivery systems, a hybrid Neighborhood Crafted community character resulted.  The Town Center is where the community comes together creating a quasi-urban form but friendly to conventional building typologies organized around a modest Main Street and grand Central Park.
