PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Vistancia Town Center is planned as the urban core of the Vistancia master planned community located in northwest Phoenix, Arizona.

 

Shea home, the client and master developer, envisioned the 450 acre project to include over 1.3 million square feet of retail, 1.4 million square feet of office, a 290 room hotel, cinema and health center. 

 

The project is awaiting initial phases as the surrounding market matures and the new community generates sufficient roof tops. 

 

Steve Kellenberg led the EDAW design team on the project.
